NEURO SAND PROGRAMS

 Premiere ($150/Month Individual) ($200/Month Team)

• Program is designed for beginners in beach volleyball

• Local tournaments

• 2 hour practices twice a week at 6am/630pm

• 14 week fitness program and meal education (Personal Certified Trainer)

 

Select ($250/Month Individual) ($300/Month Team)

• Program is for athletes wanting to exceed and compete in beach volleyball, advanced detailed training and drills

• State tournaments and National Qualifiers

• 2 hour practices 4 x week at 6am/630pm (must attend 6am twice)

• 14 week intense fitness program and meal education (Personal Certified Trainer)

• Video analysis of athlete with feedback

• Team Film Session

• College Profile Package

 

 ****We will make tournament decisions as a club not age group to lower cost on transportation, hotel and meals for coaches***

***All programs are 14 weeks May 14th-August 10th
